CHURCH OF THE REDEEMER- Morristown, NJ

The theme for the campaign, Namaste, was chosen to reflect the embodiment of the Redeemer spirit of all inclusive love. The word is derived from a Sanskrit term often used as a greeting or upon parting much as we have come to use the word Shalom. It has come to have a universal meaning of “I respect the divinity in you that is also the divinity in me.”

The Namaste Capital Campaign encompasses the following principles:

We are one with our past – reflecting the legacy goal of the campaign
We are one with our future – providing for the education of our youth to ensure the vision for future generations
We are one with each other – respecting the diversity and values of the Redeemer family
We are one with our neighbors – helping those within our local communities
We are one with our world – through our outreach ministries, as a peace site, for the environment, reaching as far as Cameroon
